How do I create an account?
Its easy, Follow this link /account/register and complete it by filling out your information and your account will be create. You will then receive an email confirmation that your account has been created.

How do I pay for my order?
You would checkout using Peach Payments and select your desired method from there.
Delivery information
How long does delivery take?
5-7 working days from order confirmation of order, excluding special promotion events where delivery can be extended to 10-15 working days.
Track my order
Follow this link https://track.uafrica.com/ and enter your tracking number.
Do you deliver on weekends?
No, We deliver strictly on weekdays between 8am – 5pm.
Can we collect directly from your warehouse?
Yes you will be able to collect instore for free. We are also in the process of sourcing premises in Durban with free delivery to our Durban collection point.
Order Information
How can I change my shipping address?
Please email contact@moosasmegastore.co.za and we will change your shipping address for your current order, However please note that if it has already been dispatched then there may be additional changes and delays to the order at the customers expense.
How do i view the items in my shopping cart?
There is a icon on the top right hand side of your screen, click this and your shopping cart will pop up.
How do i remove items from my shopping cart?
Once you have your shopping cart open, click on the x next to the product and it will be removed from your basket.
How do I unsubscribe from mailers?
On our email newsletter there is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email, click on this and complete the instructions and you will receive an unsubscribe confirmation.
How do i can cancel my order?
In order to cancel your order, the account holder will need to email contact@moosasmegastore.co.za complete with your order information. We will confirm whether the order is cancelled. If the order has already been shipped. The costs and delays are at the customers responsibility.
Are my items reserved even though they are in my shopping cart?
No they are not, they are only reserved and confirmed once you receive your order confirmation email after placing your order online.
Annual Closure
We wish all our customers a happy and prosperous festive season.
During this period, MoosasMegaStore Head Office will be closing on the 23rd Dec and is scheduled to reopen on the 8th Jan.
All refunds & returns will be attended to in the new year should you require a refund during the above mentioned period.
Support services will also be offline, however help desk emails will be managed on a timely bases.
