Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. Our standard shipping method is through major carriers such as Aramex, Courier IT or PostNet, which takes 2-5 business days for delivery. We also offer expedited shipping methods, such as overnight shipping, for an additional fee.

Processing Time: We process all orders within 24-48 hours after they are placed. During peak seasons, such as holidays or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the shipping method you choose. 

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your order’s progress and estimated delivery date.

Delivery: We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by the carrier. However, if you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
